  Went to moomba to celebrate my best friend birthday with a party of 9. The evening started with a dinner that was ok (I would say 3 stars ) and the service was good so when our waitress suggested us to stay for the club after we decided to give it a try cause the place is actually really nice and the dj is not great but he's ok. At one point during the evening I decided to order 3 shooters of tequila that came up to 15$ so I gave the bartender a 20$ and she gave me back 5 $ in change. From that 5$ I left 2$ on the bar as a tip. Since we were all gathered at the bar I then turned my back to the bartender and shared my shoots with 2 friends. Couple of minutes later I heard the bartender say a loud "Hey" I didn't think she was talking to me so I didn't turn my head around. Second later she said another Hey with a angrier and louder tone and this time she tapped me on my back. So I turned around and said "Yes?" And she said to me in a really rude way "your bill was 15$ not 2$" So I told her "yes I know I paid you with a 20$ bill and you gave me 5$ back in change from which I left you a $2 tip". Without pause she said " No you didn't pay me" I said "yes I did" and a friend of mine who was sitting next to me at the bar told her that I did pay her. She then looked at me and said "astie de voleuse" and went to the other bartender to tell her to not serve us cause I was a thief. I tried to talk to her by telling her to look at her camera or call a supervisor but she completely ignored me after her comment. Me and my friends felt so disrespected that we left immediately after. Since we were located at the bar we did noticed that the this bartender had several shoots to drink so she might have been drunk but it's not an excuse to behave as such. On the contrary as a bartender she definitely should know her limits cause if she cannot control her drinking then her place is definitely not as a bartender. Once I got home I called the club and spoke to Louis the supervisor he was really cordial and he did apologize and promised to address the situation with his employee but as clients me and my friends will never come back again and I will not recommend it based on this experience cause I work hard to maintain a reputation and this bartender put it in jeopardy in front of a bunch of strangers for a 15$ that I paid and worked for. To me respect is everything and if a restaurant can have such a disrespectful employee then they do not deserve my hard working money certainly not with so many great other restaurants and club and Montreal and Laval.

  If I could give -5 stars I would give it! The bouncers are too rude and they let you in only if they want to and the reason they tell you its just ridiculous! Never going back!

  Latin night at Moomba is awesome, which is on Wednesday. But the drinks and bottles are super expensive if you have a table and it's not easy to get in:They are strict with dress codes, so ripped jeans and uggs are no no. Plus, my friend who was on the gueslist couldnt get in because there were too many people with her (they were 7) even though it was under her name, some of them had to line up regularly because they didnt let them all in.

  Moomba nightclub..... If I could put -100000 on 5 it would explain everything!
  Worst service and bouncers think of themselves that they are working in some presidential place! For 20$/h and they are maiking of themselves some God's....
  No comunication skills between the clients amd workers, bad service at the entrance,they choose the clients by their appearance and look, thinkthat they own the hole plece includong the parking lot andthe other stores around, use the LATINO NIGHT to bring cliens and have a good time but the only thing that they do is insulting the latino culture and style! Music has nothing ro do with latinos, atmosphere has nothing to do with latinos and allllllll of it has nothing to do with latinos or any tipe of normal and cultivated person or culture!!!!
  And list continues....
  Like and share!! Everyone should put presure in order to have a real good time for which we pay $$$$, and we deserve to be treated equal and fair as real human beings should ve treaded in the 21st century!!!
  I guess they didn't realize that yet.
