  Won free coffee. I ordered a black extra large. They're supposed to have the "roll up the rim" cup and didn't give me like other Tim Hortons give. The cup full of coffee didn't have the protection against burning my hands so I burned my hands. Plus, I asked an extra small empty cup. The person didn't give me. When I asked after waiting for her to come back, she gave me a look and gave me.
  
  I go to this location a lot of times because it's near my work but no more! This is not the first time that they're unprofessional...zero service.

  Zero service. I waited 5 min without a greeting even if the employee in the back saw us. I had to leave. I went to the next Tim.
