  assistance manager doesn't know how to lead a team. I am paying for my food, which I expect to be at least done properly and not a hard cold panini that's not edible. I don't mind to wait for another one but at least accept your mistake and hand my order back with a smile. the workers that I'm talking about are usually the young workers. they are very rude every time when I have to go back because they made a mistake. They always give you an attitude that makes you feel unwelcome or you were just one annoying customer. workers that are much older are very friendly and polite which is something young people should learn from them.

  Very slow service and messed up the order not once, but three times in a row and still had to argue to get a refund in the end.
