  I expected a better experience! I don't understand why the first person you see walking inside the store is the least hospitable one. He was looking at his cellphone in front of everyone when I walked in. I noticed that you guys had 3 nice looking girls in the front making boxes.. Why not tell one of these beauties to serve us instead of the Tall Large Guy with the big beard and no smile.. Beside that, the Product was very Good!

  You want an experience? Try their Chocolate hazelnut covered Puffs. They're amazing. Little bit of crunch and so delicious. My family and I have been coming here for 2 years now. Love this place!

  TERRIBLE SERVICE. Owner does not greet you, extremely impolite and rude in laval...they really need to work on their customer service, the owner couldn't look me in the eye the entire time, didn't greet me, very cold...I was placing my order all he had to say was no you can't order that.. I've spoken to multiple people and they've all had the same experience with the owner...puffs are good but last time visiting this branch.

  Great staff, very welcoming, very nice to kids. The place is a little small if you plan on going as a group. The pastries were good, average time to wait, considering they make it after your request it. Always fresh. Vast choice of topping. Very good price as well. I'll definitely go back.
