  The store is overcrowded at times. The procedure to purchase coffee could be improved. We tend to peak inside the store prior to judge whether we want to wait in line or not.

  I love nespresso but it astounds me everytime i go in to buy pods for my machine. It's coffee for Pete's sake!! The whole experience is so pretentious I opt to purchase online just to avoid the whole ridiculous experience I feel when I go into a nespresso outlet.
