  I ordered a couple of times there cause I like the food, but the delivery is horrible. It always takes over an hour, and when I ordered last time it was almost an hour and a half.
  
  It's ridiculous, the restaurant is literally less than 10mins from me, so I can't imagine how it is for people further than that. My colleague ordered today and it took over an hour, and since it was already paid through JustEat, she says the delivery guy dropped her bag at reception and ran out the door before she could talk to him.
  
  No compensation whatsoever, their service and delivery time is ridiculous, and it's definitely not worth the food they have. If they want to be a delivering restaurant they should really make their service better first. Not buying from them again.

  Julienne Planete offers its patrons the typical assortment of fast food options you'd find anywhere else. Steak subs, Burgers, Poutines... They're located in the heart of the Industrial sector where business during the week should keep them going due to a lack of local options but I was surprised to see them available for delivery during the nights and weekends.
  
  Interesting.
  
  I placed the order by using Just Eat and asked for the ASAP delivery option. Delivery on a fair winter day took about 1h15 which left it somewhat to be desired. I'd expect a more timely response for this type of grub so I'm unsure what happened there. However the estimated time of delivery was on-point. The food was surprisingly well packaged which each item well prepared and insulated within their respective box. Very smart.
  
  We went with their 14 inch duo submarine (steak/pepperoni) which came with an extra 7 inch submarine at half price. We also went with their onion rings. For our daughter we went with their popcorn chicken and fries.
  
  The subs were very good! Ingredients were of high quality with my only qualms being the hoagie being used being very typical and simply not ideal to hold so many ingredients. Ingredient wastage is unacceptable wastage as they needs to stay in the bun!!! I also feel they should look into more personalized dressings to offer their clients, I wasn't very impressed by their Kraft Italian Dressing packets. Beyond this, solid sub. Very well packaged and tasty.
  
  The onion rings were very good albeit I'd prefer a more generous portion size.
  
  Our daughter enjoyed her popcorn chicken and I took the liberty to enjoy a few pieces. Good quality chicken and we'll prepared. Solid choice.
  
  Note regarding the price-tag is a little high for food that isn't necessary in a combo.
  
  Overall, this is good food and I'll order from here again.
