  I cannot believe how rude the staff is. We were ordering for delivery and we had to call back 3 TIMES to complete our order because they kept hanging up. Then, after the food arrived, we noticed that they had not respected our specifications. We ordered a shwarma pita with NO SAUCE because I am allergic. It arrived WITH SAUCE. So obviously, we called back. The staff started arguing with us claiming we did not specify no sauce, even though we did several times to make sure he would understand. He was extremely rude and unapologetic he screamed and hung up on us. It's unbelievable how someone in the restaurant industry will treat a customer this way. He even started yelling at us for calling back 3 times during our order! We had no choice, since he wasn't listening to what we wanted to order! This is atrocious behaviour. Nobody should ever eat here.

  Everything arrived pretty quick. Everything was warm and pretty tasty. I tried a shwarma plate and a shish taok. It was all tasty
  The rice was a tad bland, but eh. All in all, I'd order here again, is aight.

  This was probably the worst experience i ever had when ordering at a restaurent.
  I ordered at 2 PM, waited an hour and a half and my order still wasn't here. I called back at 3:30 and they told me there was a mistake and that my order was on it's way. I waited another hour, called for a third time at about 4:30 and they told me that i never ordered and kept telling me that i never called them.
  
  So in the end i did not get my food, do NOT order there.

  Driver insisted on tip. The order was not as advertised and food quality was sub-par. Instead of garlic potatoes, they gave fries with cajun. Instead of shish-taouk chicken, it was cheap chicken toppings like the ones you find on pizza. Instead of shawarma beef, it was a basic beef-burger patty sliced in pieces. Unacceptable. Called the restaurant to let them know and the person on the phone was rude and disregarded the complaint.
